The game

WitDuel is a daily numbers and words puzzle game by EIT LLC. It is free, has no accounts, and requires no personal information to play.

Fair play

One scored attempt per daily challenge. Scores, streaks, and standings in this release are computed on your device; standings shown as "Top ~X%" are calibrated estimates, not a live worldwide ranking. House rivals are simulated opponents.

Sharing

Challenge links and share cards you send contain only a day number, your score, the app language, and an optional display name you typed. You are responsible for what you attach and who you send it to.

Intellectual property

The WitDuel name, design, and content are the property of EIT LLC. Word lists are derived from open sources: the English list from the public-domain ENABLE list; the Turkish list from the hunspell-tr stems (MPL-2.0, tdd-ai); the Spanish and French lists from the an-array-of-spanish-words and an-array-of-french-words packages (MIT, copyright 2016 Zeke Sikelianos, wrapping Letterpress CC0 data). Copies of those licenses accompany the source lists at their linked repositories. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep your streak safe, but EIT LLC is not liable for lost game data, missed dailies, or disputes between you and the friend whose score you could not beat.

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address.
